Crock Pot Chili

4 lbs best ground beef
2 tsp minced garlic
1 TBSP cumin
1-2 TBSP chili powder
1/3 c. flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 46 oz can tomato juice
3 small cans pinto beans (15 oz cans, drained)

Cook meat, add spices and juice. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Add beans for last 45 minutes.

Optional: add two 14.5 oz cans of ready cut, peeled tomatoes (drained)
